First, this is a very Italian town.<\/strong> If you’re looking for an expat bubble<\/a><\/strong>, this isn’t it. Traditions here are still strong \u2013 starting with the dialetto locale<\/strong>, which you’ll hear everywhere. Most people won’t speak much English in their daily lives, so if you’re moving here, imparare l'italiano<\/a> is part of the deal. The same goes for the food scene: don’t expect a wide choice of international restaurants<\/strong>. The local cuisine is genuinely excellent, but if you’re after variety \u2013 Thai, Japanese, Lebanese, whatever \u2013 the options are limited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
